Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing general property maintenance duties


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Typical duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cutting grass and weeding
• Snow removal and sanding of properties
• Operating a lawnmower or snow blower, including minor maintenance of equipment.
• Maintaining parking lots, walkways, and site areas.
• Assisting maintenance staff with minor projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:


A valid driver's license is a must.

• Experience in the operation of lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (ex

Kubota tractor) is an asset.

• Mechanical aptitude and minor equipment repair are assets.

The position offers full-time hours, benefits, competitive salary starting at $16 an hour and higher depending on experience.
