Description

Eastside Kia is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join their team of professionals. Your strong leadership and motivational aptitude will allow you to excel in this role.

The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer satisfaction with every client, as well as generating sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business office products.

You will be required to:

Establish department objectives and pursue them through planning, controlling, and measuring performance
Managing all aspects of the used vehicle department including:
Maintaining a well balanced used inventory and manage vehicle acquisitions
Oversee reconditioning of used inventory
Set Standards for appraisal and appraise all incoming vehicles
Ensure vehicles are properly valued at all times, and adjust costs or prices as appropriate
Maximizing profit and minimizing expenses
Purchase used vehicles at reasonable prices
Inform salespeople of all new inventory.
Desk deals with sales consultants
Drive staff motivation, performance, and productivity
Meet short and long term sales targets
Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 2 years automotive experience, used car sales an asset
Experience with V-Auto, E-Block and Trade Rev
Experience leading a small team of salespeople
Solid sales and administration background
Knowledge of marketing and finance
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume capacity
Working knowledge dealer preowned department systems
Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
