Description

We are a privately owned company based out of Nisku in Alberta that specializes in Oilfield service work to drilling rigs.

We are currently seeking a full time dispatcher to join our team.

Mandatory 3 plus years in dispatching OILFIELD trucking

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and dispatching trucks and drivers
  • Dealing with customers and helping them to get loads booked in
  • Maintaining dispatching schedule so that it is up to date.
  • Preparing dispatch sheets as well as organizing and keeping track of all paperwork associated with the loads and billing.
  • Keeping track of trucks and making sure they meet their scheduled load/unload times
  • Provide customers with updates as required
  • Ordering Permits
  • Keeping track of repairs/shop and day to day operations

Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

  • Nisku, AB T9E 7S7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- dispatching: 3 years (preferred)
