    What Youll Do:

    • Prepare and draft legal documentation for company incorporations, amendments to articles, mergers, dissolutions, and other corporate operations.
    • Maintain corporate records and draft annual corporate resolutions.
    • Conduct due diligence, including searches in public registries (RDPRM, Land Registry, Soquij, etc.).
    • Draft and prepare documents related to financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, and business acquisitions/sales.
    • Assist in transaction closings and manage post-closing follow-ups.
    • Handle various administrative tasks related to legal file management.

    What Were Looking For:

    • Education: Diploma in Paralegal Studies (DEC, AEC, or RAC).
    • Experience: Proven experience in corporate and transactional law.
    • Language Skills: Excellent command of French and strong English proficiency.
    • Skills: Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organization.
    • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ (based on experience). Top-tier candidates can be considered for higher compensation.
