About us
Rein Capital is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our Toronto Team. The EA will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Executive Team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of complex duties and sensitive information


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Be a coordinating point of contact between the Directors, President and internal or external colleagues.
  • Organize meetings, handle correspondence, make travel arrangements, take minutes, complete expense reports, and finalize presentations as required by the Executive Team
  • Assist with the administrating and coordinating of information and tasks with the thirdparty provider.
  • Manage calendars and appointments for some executive team members.
  • Collect and manage sensitive information relevant to the management of the organization.
  • Provide general administrative support and reception relief as required.
  • May be required to work with the company's subsidiaries/affiliates, or its partner companies.

Skills and Attributes:


  • Ability to independently perform a wide variety of assigned tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Indepth understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi task.
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

Executive Assistant: 2 years (required)
