We are currently recruiting a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team

What you will be doing:

As a heavy equipment operator, you will be working on a variety of our job site on our heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, skidsteers

Daily tasks include:

Reporting directly to the Foreman or Site Supervisor
Operating heavy construction equipment to perform excavation and site servicing works
Checking heavy equipment using approved circle check procedures before operating to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
Communicating any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to the supervisor in order to facilitate prompt correction or reporting.

Requirements:

25 years related experience excavation, landscape, earthworks or infrastructure construction
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to keep and shoot grades with rotary laser is an asset
A-Z license is an asset

Salary:

$30.00-$40.00 per hour
