Key Accountabilities:

To provide an unforgettable experience for all our customers whether it be instore or over the phone.
Ensure that all customers are welcomed as they enter the store.
Provide each and every customer with your undivided attention when they are at your station.
Your workstation and surrounding areas are to be clean and stocked
Ensure that all customer transactions are processed efficiently and accurately by following store procedures.
Take every opportunity to offer gift wrapping, gift bags, gift cards and accessories that may compliment their purchase.
Restocking/ merchandising of surrounding areas

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
Accuracy and efficiency when processing transactions

Qualifications:

1-2 years retail or customer service experience
