We are looking for a team member interested in growing their skills and capabilities and making an impact in People Analytics Reporting Specialist role.

You will work on our a fast-paced Digital Transformation small but mighty team on a challenging and varied scope of work.

Part of the transformation grow the maturity of our People Analytics portfolio at Allstate Canada.


Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, the People Analytics Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the development of the data governance and data management framework.

The role will also provide the support with the new systems implementations and ongoing execution and delivery of regular and ad hoc Talent reporting.

The role will also support various people analytics projects, working closely with colleagues across our Human Resources team and other functions within the organization.


Accountabilities:

Responsible for the design and development of the data governance and data management framework
Support the translation of the data into actionable insights via effective data storytelling.
Support the delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting deliverables for various stakeholders, including the data reconciliation processes.
Support reporting and analytics projects such as creating a unified HR Data layer and development and testing of new reporting functionality
Support transformative Process Optimization, automation and efficiency


Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in People Analytics or HR Reporting
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and client-servicing skills, with the ability to communicate expertly and professionally with all levels of the organization
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced computer skills, with high proficiency Office 365 suite especially with Excel
