We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents' unparalleled living experience in Metro Vancouver. You'll be responsible for processing rental inquiries, coordinating move-ins and orientations for new residents, and assisting with resident services.

Additionally, you'll be involved in property management duties, such as managing the occupancy rates, enforcing residence rules and standards, and addressing maintenance issues.


To be successful in this role, you'll need a Post Graduate Diploma or University Degree and experience working in an administrative or customer service position.

Property leasing experience is preferred but optional.

You must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work during alternative weekends.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role's primary responsibilities include:
Processing student and market rental inquiries.

Coordinating the move-in and orientation of new residents.

Assisting with resident services to help create an unparalleled student living experience in Metro Vancouver.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Strategically placing residents in units ensures optimal occupancy

Allocating rent payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees

Communicating with incoming and existing residents

Assisting with the move-in and move-out process for new residents

Managing and processing resident feedback

Helping ensure that residence rules and standards are adhered to


EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

REQUIRED SKILLS
Post Graduate Diploma or University Degree

Must be able to speak, read, write, and communicate professionally in English

Fluency in Japanese is preferred but not required

Phone skills are a must.

Experience working in administrative, and customer service role

WRP is an asset but not a prerequisite.

Excellent phone and computer skills; tech-savvy

Attention to detail, punctual, hardworking and willing to learn

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Available to work during alternative weekends
