A Snapshot of Your Day
A Labour Data Coordinator helpsconvert shop floor labour charges into a picture that will allow management tomake decisions.

The Labour Data Coordinator will ensure labour data is properlycollected, allocated to the correct projects, and communicated to differentlevels of the business in a way that is meaningful and understandable to them.

The Labour Data Coordinator will also make corrections of the hour recordingsystem when errors are discovered.

How You'll Make anImpact

Review shop floor labour data collected on a daily basis and ensure its accuracy
Make appropriate corrections of timekeeping data or facilitate the correction of data if the corrections are done by the individual or users or specific control systems
Produce reports daily describing where our labour resource is being allocated
Ensure shop floor overtime hours are properly recorded
Provide backup support for payroll admin as required (as it pertains to shop floor hours)
Compare assembly or test activity duration to known standards. Where standards do not exist, support operations in defining baselines.
Process all labour and nonlabour purchase requisitions in support of development work (in times of need might be called upon to process purchase requisition in support of other groups).
Administer daytoday maintenance of operations timekeeping systems (e.g. Kronos).
Will be required to assist other areas when holidays and absence arises (Purchase Requisitions, Service Entries (SES, GR), Time Keeping Administration, etc.)
Support to Assembly and Test operations to ensure timely delivery of operations output with ad hoc administrative activities.

Quebec Diploma in College Studies (DEC)
