Skilled Trades Recruiter
Reports to:
Vice President, Talent Acquisition
Primary Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Collaborating with leadership to evaluate current and future talent requirements for skilled trades positions across all businesses and departments
- Establishing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure the staffing needs of our dealerships are met across multiple locations in Canada
- Directly sourcing and headhunting passive talent to meet timetofill targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in skilled trades recruiting and headhunting, specifically Automotive Service Technicians
- Experience in cold calling is an advantage
