Skilled Trades Recruiter

Reports to:
Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Duties

Collaborating with leadership to evaluate current and future talent requirements for skilled trades positions across all businesses and departments
Establishing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure the staffing needs of our dealerships are met across multiple locations in Canada
Directly sourcing and headhunting passive talent to meet timetofill targets

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in skilled trades recruiting and headhunting, specifically Automotive Service Technicians
Experience in cold calling is an advantage
