Description
***As a member of our extensive water resources management team, you'll be involved in a wide range of projects related to hydrogeological studies as well as the development, management and protection of groundwater resources.


More specifically, you'll be required to:

  • Carry out and supervise onsite hydrogeological investigation programs, including drilling, observation wells and hydrogeological testing (pumping tests, hydraulic conductivity tests, etc.).
  • Compile data and interpret hydrogeological testing performed on site.
  • Help design and implement groundwater sampling programs.
  • Participate in hydrogeological studies for mining, industrial and civil projects.
  • Participate in hydrogeological studies to assess environmental impacts.

Requirements:


  • In the process of obtaining a university degree in Geology, Geosciences or Geological Engineering or a master's degree in Hydrogeology
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Technical writing experience
  • Ability to meet high demand for high quality, organized and consistent results
  • Asset: experience with various numerical modelling tools such as FEFLOW, MODFLOW/MT3D and AQTESOLV
