What you'll get to do:
- Provide design consultation to your clients by identifying customer needs and providing solution and exemplary customer service
- Work with your team to create project quotations, execute sales, and expedite purchase orders from key vendors
- Build relationships with architects, designers, real estate brokers, contractors, builders, trades people, vendors, and your community
- Manage projects, develop and drive sales plans to meet and frequently exceed annual, monthly, and weekly sales objectives
- Bring your high energy to a fastpaced, fun, learningoriented environment
Qualifications:
- Customer care, service, and/or retail experience
- A creative streak and flair for interior design and decoration
- Financial literacy and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fantastic computer skills with knowledge of Word & Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High standards
- For yourself and your work
- High energy, dedication, and a "cando" attitude
- Integrity
- You walk the talk and lead by example
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
