We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in the role of Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for varietal accounting duties for multiple related companies including but not limited to AP/AR/Account Reconciliation/Invoice Data Entry;
Perform Monthend and Yearend procedures;
Provide payroll and reception backup periodically;
Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in accounting academic background in accounting/bookkeeping is preferred;
Positive and enthusiastic with the willingness to be Legendary;
Demonstrated willingness and ability to embrace technology and automation;
Superior verbal and written communications skills ;
Detailoriented selfstarter with strong organizational skills;
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc), Google Drive and Microsoft Office;
Experience with Quickbooks and Xero accounting software.
