ROCK SOLID PROPERTY MANANAGEMENT IS LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME LEASING AGENT. We are currently looking to add a Part
- time OPEN HOUSE SHOWINGS AGENT to our property management team.

This is a great entry
- level position for someone who is looking to gain some experience in the Real Estate Industry.

This person would be responsible to attend all our Open Houses and showcase the properties we have for rent. Once the units are rented, they would be responsible to move the new tenants into the apartments.

Great opportunity for someone that is self-motivated who is looking to be part of a company that offers opportunities for growth.

MUST HAVE:

Own Transportation + Valid Driver's license
Smartphone
Computer skills
Self-Discipline + Good time management skills VERY IMPORTANT
A great attitude and personable character
Show available rental units to potential tenants
Sell the vacant units to prospective tenants
Use Attendee signin sheets
Coordinate move ins
Onboard tenants to our property management software
Filing all appropriate paperwork in our property management software.

Things to note:

Work hours are flexible with many evenings/weekend showings
Pay structure is hourly + the occassional discretionary bonus. Discretionary Bonus' will vary based on outperforming expected performance levels.

This is a good entry level opportunity for someone that is looking to work for a real estate driven company that is quickly growing and expanding to various cities.

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:
