Join OK Tire Corporate Office team We support a National Network of over 325 automotive retail locations throughout Canada.


As part of the business group the
Junior Pricing Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing and maintaining all matters relating to the pricing/cost of goods provided to our external partners which include but are not limited to, buying & selling prices, margins, trends & pricing patterns, etc.


Some key duties & responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining & updating both the buying and selling prices of products in both our internal ERP system as well as our Online ordering portal.
  • Daily review of margins to identify any abnormalities.
  • Update manufacturer pricing, entering special programs/pricing, seasonal changes, net specials, discontinued specials and sale items.
  • Work with both the marketing team and sales team to execute pricing changes relating to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and setup price schedules as determined by management.
  • Investigate, identify and correct problems associated with pricing.
  • Updating open POs and SOs as price changes occur.
  • Setup and assign pricing matrix to new customers based on price structure and regional pricing.
  • Perform market reviews and conduct online research to compare competitor pricing and provide analysis to identify products that are under/over priced in a specific marketplace.
  • Handle any other adhoc/special requests that may include analytics, data gathering, reporting, etc.

To be successful in this role you bring the following:

  • Ability to learn software systems (ERP, Report & BI) and industry standard methods of deriving cost and price as a function of MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing).
  • Mathematical skills with ability to calculate figures and amounts such as margins, discounts, percentages and averages required.
  • Able to work some nonstandard hours to facilitate data uploads in nonpeak hours.
  • A focused, selfstarting individual who is capable of taking ownership of a function.
  • Strong attention to detail who checks their work prior to submission.
  • Time management, problem solving, and professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative to take a solutionoriented approach to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the drive to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Teamwork and the ability to react to various requests and reprioritize workload to meet current needs and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience include:


  • 1+ years of previous experience in pricing, purchasing, procurement or accounting as it relates to managing large databases.
- "INFOR" ERP Cloud suite experience is preferred and/or other ERP solution experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills including Microsoft office software suite.
