Part-time to full-time Logistics Operations / Pet Handler / Chauffer (Vancouver)

Worldwide Animal Travel is a full-service pet relocation company based in Vancouver, BC, and Toronto, ON.

We are expanding and are looking for a part-time / full-time Operations Pet Handler at our Vancouver airport office.

Responsibilities:

The position involves (but is not limited to): feeding and administering medications, handling the pets, performing basic health checks, basic grooming, supervising pets, driving pets to and from the airport / residence, admin, cleaning of the facility,

What you need to succeed

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to pursuing a career working with pets.

Mature
Open to flexible working hours (weekdays and weekends)
MUST HAVE working experience in handling pets
Hardworking, dedicated, reliable, punctual, independent, and selfmotivated
You are detailoriented and able to take and follow direction
You are comfortable handling all breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats and other animals (birds, reptiles)
Able to stay calm under pressure with a positive attitude
Previous professional animalrelated experience is required
MUST Have a clean driver's license abstract with minimum 5 years of driving experience in Canada
Can enter the USA visafree with your current passport
Can lift min. 40 kgs
