Accounts Specialist - Winnipeg, Canada - The Railway Financial Group

Description

Duties may include but are not limited:

• Maintain up-to-date financial records for clients, including but not limited to income, expenses, and assets.
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and followups.
• Oversee payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including tax withholding and benefit deductions.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to gather necessary documentation and information for tax filings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial updates as needed.
