Description
Duties may include but are not limited:
- Maintain up-to-date financial records for clients, including but not limited to income, expenses, and assets.
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and followups.
- Oversee payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including tax withholding and benefit deductions.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to gather necessary documentation and information for tax filings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial updates as needed.

Accounting: Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices.
