We are seeking a self-motivated, results driven, Account Manager.

The position, located in Winnipeg, requires an ability to connect and build relationships with customers:
translate customer needs and expectations into compelling opportunities and solutions, as well as excellent communication and writing skills.

As a key member of the business development team, you will work closely with our customers to bring creative approaches to complex business transformations.

ATTRIBUTES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to manage customer accounts, finding creative ways to drive business
  • Selfmotivated and passionate about growth both individually and for our organization
  • Natural ability to connect with others and build rapport
  • A demonstrated commitment to culture and teamwork
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development/ Account Management
  • Familiar with Project Delivery and Account Care
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving/analytical abilities
  • Excellent writing skills (professional, academic, and persuasive writing)
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office productivity software (MS Office)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be part of a team of experienced Account Managers that focus on Customer Experience & Relationships
  • Sales of Paradigm consulting services and solutions: understanding our portfolio of services and determining a fit with our customer's objectives and strategic intentions
  • Customer Relationship Management: managing large accounts and building new relationships
  • Account Management and Growth: Identifying opportunities from external and internal sources and managing the lifecycle of an opportunity
  • Diverse Team: working with our Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams to find solutions to complex opportunities
  • Partnerships: working with our local and national partner communities to respond to and deliver services and solutions
  • Writing proposal responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Resources & Vendor of Records
  • Preparing & Delivering presentations
