What You'll be Doing

Processing refunds, deferrals, and follow ups inquires;
Providing accurate and timely admissions information to applicants and agent partners;
Assisting colleagues with assorted technical processes related to admissions;
Performing other related duties as assigned.

About You

You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working with office processes and operations. Your effective intercultural communication skills allow you to interact with diverse audiences.


2-year diploma or degree in Business, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in international education, customer service, office administration or related field required (or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience).

A second language is required.

Familiarity with international credential assessment is considered highly desired.

Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce is considered an asset.

Davis (may be assigned activities at any Sheridan campus) once normal campus operations resume. This position is currently in hybrid working mode.

Hours:
Tuesday - Friday from 8:30 am - 3:00pm (30 min unpaid break).
