The SAP Solutions Lead is responsible for sustaining, expanding and innovating STEMCELL's S/4HANA Platform through architecting, designing and deploying high quality solutions which align with industry best practices.


This is a diverse role that is well suited for an individual with strong SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP) and Quality Management (QM) functional and technical knowledge, great interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

A successful Solutions Lead will oversee and lead one or more End-to-End Business Process areas such as Plan to Inventory.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with all interested stakeholders and representative user groups to fully understand the business requirements
  • Architect, design and deploy highest quality solutions in Manufacturing and Quality Management (Plan to Inventory) Business Process area within STEMCELL's ERP & MES Platform (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Design, customize, configure and unit, integration and regression test robust Functional Solutions
  • Provide direction, oversight and mentorship to Business Systems Analysts in order to ensure the highest quality solutions are implemented and to protect the integrity of the system through complete alignment with industry best practices
  • Create and maintain useful documentation, both for technical audiences and for business groups

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a technologyrelated discipline with a SAP Certification in PP/QM
  • 10+ years of SAP ERP Functional Design and Configuration experience within PP & QM modules.
  • 2+ years of experience working with and sustaining SAP S/4HANA system
  • Experience working in the process/manufacturing industry, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Exposure to good security practices and SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Security model
  • SAP technical skills such as ABAP and UI5 development and SAP Basis.
