+Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Construction Engineering Technology Construction Management Electrical Engineering Electrical trade school
- Certifications and designations such as P.Eng Electrical trades background Gold Seal Certified (GSC) Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Project Management Professional (PMP)

- Prepare detailed electrical civil work take-offs cost estimates including conceptual budgets based on drawings specifications bids limited data ,
- mange estimating resources personnel software across Bid-Build Design-Build project formats ,
- advise tendering procedures conduct bid analysis negotiations recommend award decisions ,
- coordinate technical proposal inputs marketing department oversee review specialty contractor bids ,
