Mill Creek Motor Freight is looking for an experienced full time
Service Advisor to join our growing team You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers and drivers who service their vehicles at our location. Your love of trucks & dealing with the public, coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.

Your Day To Day:


  • Opening & following up on internal work orders.
  • Consult with technicians regarding repairs/maintenance & provide options to customers including indepth information about available aftermarket & OEM part options.
  • Coordinating sublet work.
  • Oversee shop daily workflow.
  • Prioritize and schedule mechanical work / assign work orders to mechanics.
  • Monitor work completion & closing of work orders.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction with both internal (Owner Operators) and external customers.
  • Communicate required repairs & estimates to Owner Operators, including estimation of downtime.
  • Schedule, communicate and follow up on work for external customers.
  • Ensure licensing stickers are placed on equipment; ensure safety certificates are issued for trucks & trailers.
  • Maintain shop equipment schedule service as needed.
  • Oversee adequate shop housekeeping to promote a safe work environment.
  • Manage parts department.
  • Liaise between mechanics and parts department for special order parts.
  • Communicate equipment availability to operations and safety departments.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Service Advisor and/or transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Organized and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required.
