Qualifications:

• Esthetic diploma is REQUIRED
• 3-5 years experience diagnosing and treating skin concerns
• 3-5 years experience in relaxation massage
• Knowledge of Dermalogica skin care line
• Waxing and Brazilian proficiency
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility
• Strong team player
• Takes initiative

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Explain treatment to client before beginning service
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services, product lines and memberships
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Sales Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
• Attend offsite promotional events to promote the spa and services
• Follow all spa sanitation requirements
• When not in service, perform front desk duties

We are opening our second Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa location at The Boardwalk Waterloo and we are looking for skilled estheticians to join our team
