Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and rectifying hardware and software issues on kiosks, computers, and laptops.
• Troubleshooting and effectively resolving technical problems.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware components.
• Replacing defective or damaged components and parts.
• Maintaining an organized inventory of repair parts and equipment.
• Offering comprehensive technical support and guidance to customers.
• Maintaining detailed records of repair work and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Proficiency in various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.
• Ability to autonomously troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude.
• Capability to excel in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of practical experience in computer repair.
• Proficiency in various operating systems, including Linux and Windows.

A PLUS:

• Understanding of programming languages such as HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, S/MERN Stack, SQL, MONGODB, EXPRESS, REACT, NODE, Firebase, Docker, Gitlab, Ubuntu, RestAPI, PHP, Laravel, NuxtJS, , Electron, and others.
