Job Summary
The Registered Dietitian works as a member of the Health Care Team to provide customer focused nutritional care which may include nutritional assessments, counselling and recommendations for diet modification, nutrition support, medications labs and IV's. Please note that this position will take place in the Restorative Care Unit (RCU).
Skills & Abilities
•Minimum of two years clinical nutrition experience in an acute care hospital preferred
•Experience in Rehabilitation and Stroke patients, Medical patients
•Demonstrates collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary team members in both an ambulatory and in-patient environment
•Supports and enables evidence-based practice in the professional milieu

Qualifications
•Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination to the Hospital's Occupational Health and Safety department.
