Are you a Project Management Specialist who enjoys leading a multi-disciplinary team passionate about pipeline and facility construction projects?
In this role you will manage projects within Enbridge's Major Project's portfolio. You will be responsible for overall management of capital projects, this includes cost, schedule and performance objectives.
What you will do:
- Provide project team leadership. Prepare and/or cause to be prepared by appropriate functional groups complete (scope, schedule, cost and performance) project proposals to present and review with internal customers. Develop various project execution scenarios as required to support the business objectives of the project.
- Prepare a resource plan for each project.
- Manage scope, cost, schedule and performance objectives for capital projects.
- Identify project risks, exposures and opportunities that may impact the success.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or technical diploma from an accredited technical institute, or equivalent of education and experience in project management, engineering management, or construction management. 10 years of related experience with projects.
- Previous project leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal to actively participate, collaborate, and support teamwork within Projects organization and project teams and build positive relationships.
- Predict obstacles, challenges and risks to proactively resolve mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.
- Role requires a valid driver's license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with some field work required.
- Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities (up to 25%).
