As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for the following:

  • Collections from Customers
  • Resolution of customer issues
  • Compiling daily deposit amounts
  • Follow up and communication with customers, Sales Department and Credit Manager
  • Investigation of short and overpayments
  • Providing Customer Statements
  • Complete nonCCOF Credit card payments
  • Oversee organization of files, including paper and electronic files.
  • Respond to internal and external AR accounting inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
You will succeed at this role if you have:

  • AR experience
  • Attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Very well organized and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel experience required
  • Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
  • Experience working in a crossfunctional environment and interacting with multiple departments and all levels of the organization
Assessments will be administered during the screening process.


Salary:
$16.37-$27.06 per hour
