Job Description:
The carpenter is responsible for constructing and maintaining buildings.
Required knowledge includes:
construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control and safety.
The carpenter must be proficient at the following tasks: hanging doors, drilling and setting door hardware, setting windows, layout for stairs and common rafters, formwork, and reading blueprints.
Qualifications:
- Ticketed Journeyperson Carpenter
- Experienced with a large general contractor
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract preferred
