A DAY IN THE LIFE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile AR accounts as required
- Assist with preparation and mailing monthly billing statements and past due invoices
- Accurate data entry into various systems.
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Complete other tasks as requested
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- High school student
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Competencies & Skills:
- Resultsoriented and organized with a strong work ethic, focused on consistently producing accurate, high quality work.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to confidently interact with internal and external customers.
