A DAY IN THE LIFE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Reconcile AR accounts as required
  • Assist with preparation and mailing monthly billing statements and past due invoices
  • Accurate data entry into various systems.
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
  • Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
  • Complete other tasks as requested
Job Qualification


CORE QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

  • High school student
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Competencies & Skills:

  • Resultsoriented and organized with a strong work ethic, focused on consistently producing accurate, high quality work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to confidently interact with internal and external customers.
