    The role of a Clerical Assistant is to provide administrative support at two facilities in Windsor, Ontario. This part-time position offers varied hours and requires covering vacancies in clerical classifications.



    This job involves handling tasks such as payroll verification, checking for errors and summarizing reports. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, balancing weekly and monthly payrolls, and preparing reports on employee earnings.



    Duties:

    • * Check for errors/omissions and summarize daily reports
    • * Complete payroll summary, other reports, print pay stubs if requested
