Role Key Deliverables

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to various key interfaces
  • Primary point of contact for customers with supply related inquiries and loading issues at fuel terminals and loading racks across the United States.
  • Primary point of contact for customers with CTI inquiries
  • Incumbent is required to be logged into a queue
  • Incumbent is required to work 4on/4off rotations of 12 hour shifts, in a 24/7 work environment (8am8pm / 8pm8am)

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls directed to the SMS and CTI Hotlines
  • Systematically troubleshoot loading issues utilizing available tools and resources; Escalate for further action when necessary.
  • Accurately track customer calls / concerns using appropriate database
  • Communicate supply shortages, disruptions, and alternate loading locations to customers; Assist in shifting volume if necessary.
  • Update allocation system (DTN TABS) to reflect controls requested by supply and manage Add Loads
  • Perform BW Proactive GPO analysis and request approvals and enter GPOs as required.
  • Manage immediate requests for additional product and update customer records accordingly
  • Run reports and perform data analysis as required
  • Release loads to prepay customers as instructed by CAMT or Treasurer's Credit
  • Place blocks on customer accounts as directed by approved requesters
  • Take calls for FEMA (afterhours, weekends, or emergency situations)

Experience:
