Our facility in Ottawa, utilizes a mix of different technologies to offer thousands of products, including laser engravers, UV printers, sublimation, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing equipment, to craft high-quality and customized items that bring joy to our clients.

Position:
Production Manager

Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of production technicians and operators.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes creativity and efficiency.

Production Planning:

• Develop plans and implement production schedules to ensure ontime delivery.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of personalized products.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to equipment or production processes.

Equipment Management:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of laser engravers (Co2 and fiber), UV printers, sublimation equipment, embroidery as well as direct to garment and film printing equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance group to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.

Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing training to production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for skill development and crosstraining within the team.

Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the inventory and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels of materials and supplies.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize costeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production management role, preferably in the consumer gift or printing industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of implementing and improving production processes.
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: laser engravers, UV printers, sublimation, embroidery, and directtogarment printing equipment.
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.

$50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
