    The Administrative Receptionist plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships between patients, staff, funders, and referral sources. Key responsibilities include patient intake data entry answering phone calls outbound calling receiving faxes emails invoicing payments coordinating courier packages email mail fax tracking coverage funding streams ensuring approval providing administrative support Care Coordinator Manager Clinic Director.

    • Provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
    • Coordinate detailed accurate intake of information patient's first visit clinic throughout treatment plan
    • Assist patients with completing paperwork at the clinic avoid errors inaccurate information
