Job Description

Join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the reporting of one of our programs along with providing support to staff and managers within other teams working on the same program.

This Co-op will run from April 2024 to August 2024.

We are looking for a talented individual to

Manage programrelated data and conduct complex analyses based on program needs
Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
Set up dashboards and KPI trackers
Create dashboards using PowerBI

For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you have/are - Located in Ontario- Prior operations experience ideal- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)- Strong oral and written communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and experience with Power Query and Power BI- Data-driven, highly detailed-oriented and a systems thinker- Ability to work well with all levels of management and colleagues- An organized, self-starter who thrives in a team environment- A friendly, people person who is passionate about the environment
