    The Rosemond Family is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding personal support assistants. This part-time, remote role offers a competitive rate of $30 per hour and is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience in administrative coordination.     About the Role

    This position supports a young man and his team in North York, helping to manage the recruitment and onboarding of personal support assistants. You'll be responsible for setting up systems, screening applicants, checking documentation, and maintaining clear communication with both applicants and family members.

    The role begins with an initial 10-hour setup phase to familiarize yourself with the process and establish workflows. After that, the position requires approximately 2 hours per week, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexible, low-hour remote work.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruiting and hiring personal support assistants
    • Post job listings and screen incoming applications
    • Check references and verify documentation (e.g., vulnerable sector police checks)
    • Communicate clearly with applicants and family members
    • Set up and maintain a system for onboarding and tracking candidates
    • Provide regular updates and follow-ups with the young man's team
    • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with discretion and professionalism
