• Operate company shuttle vehicles following set routes and schedules
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers during transit
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times
• Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
• Perform basic mechanical checks on the vehicle before and after each shift Requirements:
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Proven experience in commercial driving or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and colleagues
• Strong customer service orientation to ensure a pleasant experience for passengers
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle
• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
