Hours of work are Monday to Friday, daytime hours and extra hours may be required on occasion to meet workload demands.

As a lead for the Total Rewards and People Analytics functions at PRHC, this role will provide strategic advice to the HR Leadership Team in these areas of practice.
The Lead is accountable for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, pension) that aligns employee rewards with results that support the organization's objectives.
The total rewards strategy and programs enable the organization to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
The Lead will ensure PRHC has the appropriate people data to make appropriate evidence-based decisions on staffing levels/mixes and will ensure that HR is able to make well informed data driven decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Any relevant certification or designation in Compensation, Benefits, Workforce/People Analytics, Process Improvement would be an asset.
WHO YOU ARE:
5 or more years of broad total rewards experience including pay equity, compensation, pay structure design and development, executive compensation design and development, performance management design and development
2 or more years of experience providing strategic advice to HR leadership.
2 or more years of experience in roles focused on reporting and analysis, with significant experience working in a role focused on HR analytics.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with HRIS in a Canadian healthcare environment (INFOR preferred)

$43.82 per hour
