What will you do


The
Manager Analytics and Operations, Consumer Supply Chain (Deliver) will be an inspiring leader in driving the analytics capability for Consumer Supply Chain (Deliver).

The focus will be to lead the development and deployment of business intelligence and analytics capabilities in support of business priorities and long-term strategies.

The Manager will bring an end-to-end view to Deliver by maintaining strategic alignment with all business partners and building technology & business solutions.


  • Key Responsibilities
***- Lead a team of 3 Data Analysts and 1 Customer Logistics Operations leader ensuring the team develops and maintains in-depth knowledge about analytic tools, business processes and data relationships covering the order-to-cash processes.

  • Partner with the Director to develop and lead the implementation of the endtoend analytics roadmap crafting a logistics businessintelligence strategy.
  • Partner with relevant global, regional and local stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams (inclusive of IT) in establishing and standardizing critical metrics and reporting processes providing the organization with visibility to the leading and lagging indicators.
  • Drive efficiency and performance improvement via robust data and technology solutions to reduce time spent on metric report generation and enable robust, meaningful insights in support of improving key performance indicators.
  • Establish and lead the governance of Consumer Deliver Data architecture with ordertocash process.
  • Regular interactions with Deliver Leadership Teams, and Global and Regional counterparts. Consultant engagement & IT management.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • University degree / bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 5 years' experience in advanced data analytics in relevant industry.
  • Outstanding data modeling, presentation, and adhoc analysis skills. Proventrack record in analytics and knowledge of data management/automation and visualization using data engineering and data science.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal with leaders at every level of the organization.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in People management.
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools/software to analyze data of BI tools environment (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with SAP and SAP BW strongly desired
  • Experience with Azure stack strongly desired
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques like Alteryx and Python. Strongly desired.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology
