Mind Hack Dartmouth is looking for a fun, reliable, outgoing person to join our team Could that be you?

Hours (part time): M-F 10am-10:30pm. Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-12am. Work hours will be based on business needs and rooms booked. You will be expected to be on call.

As a Game Master you will be expected to be an observer, storyteller, advisor, actor, and problem solver. You will work in our games room and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for quick learners with a strong attention to detail. But most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Daytoday customer experience
Light Maintenance and cleaning
Oversee games
Perform administrative duties taking payments, updating Bookeo, etc
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to Mind Hack Growth meetings by challenging and creating ideas
