The Home Supervisor ensures that client services fulfill the goals and objectives of the Agency and are provided in a manner consistent with the agency philosophy, policies and procedures as well as professional standards stipulated by legislation and funding sources.


The Home Supervisor's responsibilities include participating as an effective member of the Management team in the planning, development and implementation of client services both clinical and non-clinical.

Duties and responsibilities include client and staff support and supervision, scheduling and professional development.
