Role Responsibilities:

  • Immerse yourself in the value proposition of Daxtech's Managed Services and Cyber Security offerings, becoming a knowledgeable advocate for our solutions.
  • With a blend of expertise and enthusiasm, introduce and sell our Managed Services and Cyber Security solutions to small and mediumsized businesses, paving the way for their technological empowerment.
  • Forge new relationships while nurturing existing ones, to expand our influence and business opportunities.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive client review meetings on a quarterly basis, coordinating all aspects from initial scheduling and indepth system reviews to delivering tailored presentations and postmeeting followups, thereby reinforcing our pledge to exceptional service and strategic client guidance.
  • With the help of our experts develop tailored IT solutions that align with our clients' business objectives, promoting growth and innovation.
  • Proactively identify client needs and communicate effectively to offer consultative advice and services.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability for achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.
  • Participate in community events and professional associations to reinforce Daxtech's commitment to community impact.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and account management within the IT sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural talent for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Have excellent public speaking and client engagement skills
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • A passion for problemsolving and a consultative approach to sales.

Must Have:

  • A valid CLASS 5 driver's license for client visits.
  • Criminal Record Check
  • A commitment to continuous learning and embracing feedback.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Victoria, BC.
