About us

Office Administrator

Job functions include:

  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll data entry, etc.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as an office manager or admin assistant or equivalent.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Experience coordinating employee schedules and coordinating coverage as needed.
  • Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of employer/employee privacy.
  • Highly proficient in conflict management.

Hours:
M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
