Mawashi is currently looking for a passionate Customer Experience Representative who wants to make life easier for workers and ensure an unparalleled customer experience

The responsibilities attached to this position are as follows:
// Provide an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sales process and maintain good relationships with customers and users.

// Collect customer feedback and collaborate with various team members, human factors, design, engineering, operations to improve customer satisfaction.

// Promote the brand and service offer and establish a trust relationship with new leads.

// Perform web demonstrations or in person demonstrations at the client's location.

// Analyze client tasks and propose the most suitable solutions for their needs (products / options / accessories).

// Check the accuracy of customer orders, including taking measurements and selecting the correct module sizes.

// Deliver exoskeletons and provide user training.

// Regularly follow up with clients to ensure total satisfaction.

// Propose improvements for sales and customer follow-up to management.

Desired Skills
