Ecolab is seeking driven B2B sales professionals to join the Canadian commercial
Pest Elimination Solutions Sales team.

As a
Sales Development Manager you will build and grow client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, their facilities, and the health and safety of their employees and customers.

As an SDM, the responsibility is to drive sales and attain budget goals by prospecting, cold calling, and networking to target market segments including Food and Beverage Plants, Food Service Facilities, Health Care (acute, and non-acute), Lodging, Manufacturing, Distribution Centres, Educations (Private and Post-Secondary), Property Management, etc.

What You Will Do:


  • Build a sales pipeline by coldcalling and prospecting to secure new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area as you build Ecolab's brand in your market
  • Discover sales opportunities, implement sales strategies set, while also contribute with own insight on enhancing strategies and plans.
  • Partner with our service team, corporate account team, and intercompany partners to implement best practices to solve customer's pest problems
  • Serve as the key point of contact in a local industryrelated organization

Territory:
This position will be based in Toronto/GTA or very close surrounding areas and will require travel throughout Ontario to meet with customers and prospects


Overnight Travel:
About 15% based on business needs

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Post secondary education preferred
  • 23 years of sales experience preferred with a successful sales track record
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Proof of Covid 19 vaccinations may be required based on client site requirement
