Job Description:

We are ideally looking for a college or university graduate in administration or accounting, with a minimum of experience in commercial credit.

If you're known for your initiative, analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in both French and English, you're the person we're looking for

Your duties will include:

Enter customer modification and inactivation requests into the system;
Document customer files;
Communicate with analysts;
Perform all other related credit and collection tasks.
As part of your duties, you will routinely work with internal customers across Canada.

Qualifications:

DEC or BAC in administration or accounting, in progress;
Minimum relevant experience in accounts receivable and commercial credit in a high volume environment;
Experience in credit investigation, credit and collections (asset);
Intermediate knowledge of MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outllook);
Knowledge of Equifax and Dun & Bradstreet databases (asset);
Bilingualism essential (French / English, oral and written).
