Major responsibilities
- Verify prices, stock position and delivery dates.
- Enter orders.
- Answer customer calls (inquiries, complaints, suggestions, etc.)
- Verify incoming orders, for price, delivery and availability to provide rapid feedback to customer.
- Allocate goods to orders when necessary.
- Answer sales reps inquiries and complaints.
Key Skills/ Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication,
French & English: - Superior interpersonal skills
- Computer skills: accuracy & speed in data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Momentis
- Ability to work under pressure
