Major responsibilities

  • Verify prices, stock position and delivery dates.
  • Enter orders.
  • Answer customer calls (inquiries, complaints, suggestions, etc.)
  • Verify incoming orders, for price, delivery and availability to provide rapid feedback to customer.
  • Allocate goods to orders when necessary.
  • Answer sales reps inquiries and complaints.

  • Excellent verbal communication,
    French & English:
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills: accuracy & speed in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Momentis
  • Ability to work under pressure
