The Rafih Auto Group is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our high volume Chrysler dealership located in Brampton, Ontario.


You will be a key member of our Group's leadership team, and with a dedicated Head Office support you, you will be responsible for ensuring profitability of our high volume domestic brand through your individual contribution, leadership, & teamwork.


All successful applicants must posess the following:

  • 5+ years experience as automotive dealership General Manager
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Dealership budgeting, expenses, and Finance practices
  • Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
  • Adept at training management and staff in keeping with dealership strategy
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
