    Description

    MISSION :

  • Leading Scrum Teams to ensure the timely delivery of features within budget and quality, achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration, coordination of release plans, and integration of testing activities.
  • Protecting the Scrum team from external distractions, impediments, or conflicts, and maintaining focus on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external collaborators.
  • Regularly supervising and controlling metrics to meet project/product goals.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team.
  • Identifying and controlling project risks through prevention, mitigation, and contingency measures.
  • Coaching a continuous improvement mindset and recommending adjustments to established delivery practices.
  • REQUIRED PROFILE : OWNER

    You will be an ideal candidate for our team if:

  • You hold a Master's Degree in Software/Computer Engineering (Bac+5).
  • You have 3-5 years of successful experience in the related field, demonstrating the responsibilities and required knowledge outlined above.
  • You have experience with hardware development projects.
  • You possess a technical Project Management background.
  • You have experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.
  • You have served as a scrum master for agile development teams.
  • You have a consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements.
  • You have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You excel in presentation skills.
  • You understand the Product Lifecycle, including Agile development with hardware and software integration.
