To join CLEAResult as an Associate Conservation Account Manager.

As an Associate Conservation Account Manager, you will work closely with end-use customers and contractors to increate participation in our programs.

For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can- Prepares and manages engagement and outreach plans- Requests information from clients/consultants to address submission deficiencies- Prepares and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.

- Maintain client satisfaction and develops client relationships- Identifies and delivers on opportunities to improve technical work products and processes- Develops technical training materials and conducts trainings- Completes internal evaluations of program measures; communicate issues and best practices to Program Manager- Supports on external content to be delivered to the client- 25% travel within the province

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have- 3-5 years in an operations-based role- 3+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency and customer relations- Experience in coordination and managing events- Experience in program management- Strong influence and negotiation skills; ability to persuade or influence others to adopt or accept a point of view or take a course of action- Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions; has demonstrated advocacy throughout education and professional pursuits- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external contacts- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly spreadsheet, word processor and presentation software is required

Compensation Range:
$30 - $33.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
